JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for operation of Testing & R&D Laboratory.

Responsible for Food safety & quality of Raw materials, finished goods and packing materials.

To provide leadership and support for quality improvement for research & projects.

Continuous Liasioning with management, production staffs, suppliers and customers.

Prepare & implement enhanced requirement of BRC, ISO 22000, NABL, FSSAI, HACCP, KOSHER, HALAL based on Food safety, Environment health & safety.

Responsible to conduct Internal Audit as per requirements.

Responsible to face the clients and customers during the facility audits.

Understanding of variation introduced by measurement devices

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Willingness to learn new methods and systems

Teamwork

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

UG: B.Sc, B.Tech

PG: M.Tech, MS/M.Sc. (Science) (Not Mandatory)

Exp Minimum: 10 yrs.

• Candidate as Oil Technologist will be given preference.
• Candidates from Edible oil industry will be an added advantage.

Communication skills: English, Hindi, Bengali
