Position: Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive – Production (Refinery)
Location: Howrah – West Bengal
CTC: 2.5 Lacs to 3 Lacs per annum
Industry: Edible oil Manufacturing & Packing

Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: UG: Graduation, Preferred with Science Stream
Exp Minimum: 3-4 yrs.
Candidates from Edible oil industry will be an added advantage.
Communication skills: English, Hindi, Bengali

Job Description:

Generate daily production as per the schedule.
Monitoring the process of production as per the derived guidelines.
Responsible for execution of the production planning as per the management.
Good understanding of routine Quality Check methods in edible oil manufacturing.
Monitoring & controlling of daily assigned job of the operators and labours.
Prevention of any activities leading to unsafe conditions for employees.
Maintaining machinery and equipment’s in good conditions.
Training and development of the operators.
Up keeping of the cleaning and hygiene in refining plant.
Ensuring that every employee adhere the PPE guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
