Job Summary
Responsible for handling reception area and handle administration tasks, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones and transfer to the concerned employees / person , handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail. Schedule meetings and travel for executives
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer and make calls
Route calls to the concerned employees / person
Answer inquiries about company whenever required
Greet visitors warmly and make sure that they are comfortable
Schedule meetings and conference rooms
Ensure reception area is tidy
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
Coordinate office activities and arrange appointments
Cash out people when necessary
Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in
Reply to email and faxes
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail
Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
Take and reply to the messages
Update appointment calendars and follow-up for scheduled appointments
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Min 1 years in same role in any industry.
Freshers with excellent command over English language can apply
